Our Process

Our process is called the practice of discipleship.
Our hope is to send laborers into God's Harvest Field (the world around us) to build relationships and influence others to become disciples of Christ. Through the practice of discipleship, they are equipped to return to the field themselves. Three main areas we use in this practice are:

  • Corporate Worship
  • Small Groups
  • MentoringThe Field
     

Jesus went through all the towns and villages, teaching in their
synagogues, preaching the good news of the kingdom and healing
every disease and sickness. When he saw the crowds, he had
compassion on them, because they were harassed and helpless,
like sheep without a shepherd. then he said to his disciples,
"The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the Lord
of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field."
                                                                   Matthew 9:35-38

 

We want to influence individuals so that we together can
impact our community and ultimately the world.
